she was deserted by all her family members! children inclusive in the village. she cant do anything for herself and by the time of this visit she had partially lost has sight(due to hunger and lonelinness). she no care taker apart from the Tuezuule Initiative Team (most especially the Exec director) within whom she found a new family that genuinely cares.
